Blogger added an option to toggle post and comment options some time ago. I really don't like this feature, especially not after Improbulus found out that you would get in to trouble when you edit comments and change the time. So I changed the keep current time user script (original post) to keep the post and comment options visible all the time; I want to see what I'm doing.
